PakGames Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PakGames ("we", "us", "the platform"). 3Account Responsibility

Your PakGames account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. PakGames strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account.

Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, you must contact PakGames support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet almost instantly for mobile wallets and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, depending on your financial institution. • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the payment provider.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all players on the platform. Withdrawals to a different account or method require prior approval from our compliance team and may take additional time.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal amounts are stated and paid out in PKR with no hidden conversion deductions.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering is complete.

7Gameplay Rules

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round or event has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-round or mid-match, PakGames will apply the outcome recorded at the point of interruption where sufficient data exists, or void the bet and return stakes.
• Obvious errors in odds — for example, grossly incorrect pricing due to a data feed malfunction — may be voided at PakGames' discretion, with stakes returned.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PakGames and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account (whether in your own name or using a different identity).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the PakGames platform.
• Sharing account access with another individual for the purpose of circumventing limits or verification requirements.
• Providing false identification documents during verification.

PakGames cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activity. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be void regardless of when the activity is discovered.

9Privacy & Data
